eStatement FAQs

How do I enroll in eStatements?

To enroll in eStatements, log into Online Banking, click Account Services and select eDocuments. You will receive an email confirming your registration.

Once you register, you will no longer receive paper statements or many other notices that are mailed. Instead, you’ll receive an email to let you know when your eStatement or other notice is waiting for you in Online Banking.

How will I be notified when my eStatement or notice is ready?

You will receive an email notification each time your statement or other notice is waiting for you in Online Banking.

How long will my eStatements and other notices be available to view?

Each eDocument will be available for 24 months from the date it's posted to Online Banking.

What if my email address changes?

Follow these simple steps to change your email address for your eStatement and many other notices:

  • Select Account Services from the Online Banking menu
  • Select eDocuments
  • Click the Settings tab
  • Click the link for Email Address

Note: This only changes your email address for eStatements and other eDocument notices. If you want to change your email address on your actual TCU membership:

  • Select Account Services from the Online Banking menu
  • Click on Manage Contact Info
  • Under Primary Email Address enter your new email address

What does the View All option do?

View All is a filtering option that allows you to sort through your available eStatements, mortgage statements or other notices. Selecting View All will display a list of all documents available for that specific document type. For example, when in the eStatements section, if you click View All on the line with your mortgage statement, a list of only your mortgage statements will be displayed.

Where can I find a balance reconciliation sheet?

Once you access eDocuments, click on the Other Documents tab and select the Reconcilement of Share Draft Checking Account link.

Do I need any special software to access my eDocuments?

A current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.

Is there a specific browser I need to access eDocuments?

Any up-to-date browser will work.
